2. The Service
UniScore is an online darts scoring platform. You can score games, track statistics, practise against a computer opponent, and spectate live matches. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Service unless expressly permitted.
- Deliberately submit false, misleading, or manipulated scores.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through player names, messages, or any other feature.
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language in your player name or profile.
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service through excessive requests or denial-of-service activity.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to us.
5. Player Names & Content
You are responsible for the content you create on the platform, including your player name. We reserve the right to change or remove player names that are offensive, impersonate others, or violate these terms, without prior notice.
6. Fair Play
UniScore is built for the darts community. We expect all users to play fairly and honestly. Deliberately manipulating scores, exploiting the scoring system, or engaging in any form of cheating undermines the experience for everyone and may result in account suspension.
7. Data & Privacy
Your game data, scores, and statistics are stored to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information. For details on how we use cookies and analytics, see our Cookie Policy.
You can delete your account and personal data at any time from your account settings. Game records are anonymised but retained to preserve the integrity of other players' statistics.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or behave in a way that is harmful to the Service or other users. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of statistics, or service interruptions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
